Just took delivery of my car after it went into an accessory shop to fit some stuff. It was there for 2 days. Good thing they gave me the ‘loaner’.
But this ain’t any loaner.. the boss loaned me his modded Honda Integra which I had loads of fun with. hehe.
Anyways, my car is *almost* ready. Why almost? Well.. there are a few things not done yet.. Here are the list of things done and to be done :
1. Tinting (Done)
2. Car Audio (Done - except for the tweeter casing + tuning)
3. Alarm (Done - except for a cable connecting to ATRS. Oh.. and placement of LED)
4. Manual door unlock button (Done)
5. Remote boot release (Not Done - awaiting stock)
And the best thing is… my original alarm which came with the car still works. AHAHAHA. Dual alarm. kekekeke.
Again… stay tuned.. and .. patient a bit lar.. for the pics of the car

After the go-kart event, I went straight back to kampung. AHAHA… got cramps all over. Anyways, the drive back always amuses me. Why? Because… for such a nicely paved road, wide and safe, someone decided to stick a 60kmh speed limit signage up.

I mentioned before, that these are the stretches where I got picked up for doing 75kmh. That is right after I was overtaken by numerous locals on motorbikes, buzzing pass me at, probably 90 or 100kmh, three persons on a bike, without helmets. Oh.. did I mention that some of them were topless?? Men lar.. ranging from skinny fellows holding on to dear life, fighting the wind, to big fat wobbly fellows who look like a grizzly bear on a tricycle.
And….

My favourite sign..
Oh.. and recently, there is this tonne of hoo-haa going around about High Intensity Discharge lamps and about how dangerous they are. If it is dangerous, then why almost, if not ALL car manufacturers put HIDs on their premium rides? And some makers offer ALL their cars with HID.
Anyways, bulbs, be it HID or normal halogen lights, when not adjusted properly, can be ‘blinding’.
See these two pics…

Those two are normal halogen lamps. But they are indeed VERY distracting and ‘blinding’. The drivers would not care less to check if their lights have been adjusted properly.
They have enforced the ruling that installation of HID must come with approval cos it is dangerous as it can be blinding, then they should also enforce that all vehicles with high beams to get approval also la. No meh?
Actually, approvals should be for those morons who wishes to drive a car.
