No lar.. not those kind of soul searching past digging thing. Someone posted this pic of myself in my school’s alumni forum…
That is me way back in 1992 during one of the Christian Youth Camp in Cameron highlands. Look at the Ah-Piao-ness man.. Wah.. Beh Tahan. AHAHA..
The thing I remember most about that camp was the first night. You see, during the trip up to the camp site, we stopped by some place, waterfall .. I think, to have a rest. There, they served us some rendang sandwich. Quite nice. Very savory. I think there were a little too much garlic or onions in that rendang. That night, at the start of the praise and worship session, I had an uncomfortable tummy. But.. dem paiseh wanna run to the toilet. Very dark some more that toilet.. and quite far some more from the hall we were in. Halfway, I REALLY kenot tahan already and excused myself and ran all the way to the toilet.
I tell you.. that pangsai session was litterally one of the most BOMBASTIC pangsai sessions ever. Let’s not get into details OK. Let’s just say that the combination of air in my colons and sai was quite powerful. The thing is.. after the first batch of.. erm… deliveries, I heard numerous people came rushing into the toilet as well. And there was an interesting harmony of sounds rebeverating in the toilet.
It was that camp too that we had to take ice cold showers in the morning because there was not enough hot water to go around.
And true to tradition, the last night saw several of us doing the ‘operation’ where we would go around putting colgate on certain part of the victims’ body. Or.. while the victim slumbers, we would suddenly jump him, hold him down while we strip him. HAHHAHA.. quite fun. The victim then gets to join us in stripping the next victim.
