Itchy Again..

I had a sumptuous dim sum this morning, followed by a nice cup of iced white coffee. But that is a whole other thing.

Right after our makan and minum session, I had nothing to do. So I hoped over to a friend’s place nearby to check out his new computer set up. He might be a little shy, so better be safe..hehe

*Gosh*

One 24″ wide screen LCD flanked by two 19″ wide screen LCD. Why the need for so many? Once screen is for viewing the list of photographs, one for processing photographs, while the other stays on for other stuff like messaging, exploring the net as well as other misc stuff like mp3 player, email client etc etc.

Should not have gone over. Very poisonous. Now I am back at home, my 17″ CRT monitor is now looking extremely insufficient.

 

Actually, I have been looking to replace my aging CRT monitor for quite sometime now. It is way to bulky for my table. And definitely being less accurate in rendering colours. Quite (actually very important when processing photographs. Previously the wide screen LCD monitors were extremely pricey. But prices for wide screen monitors have dropped dramatically since then. So I am on a look out for a nice 20″ wide screen LCD monitor. Or Maybe a 22″. The 24″ is way too pricey.

*sigh* There so many things to buy…

   Now LCD very cheap already… can buy the 21″ from DELL…

   yeah… me looking at a 22″ from viewsonic, but heard the 20″ better in terms of performance and colour reproduction.

   btw.. that is a wall paper lar.

    as you know bro…i’ve been looking at WS LCDs for quite some time now… and most likely, i’ll get Dell 20′ 2007WFP monitor… that’s the ultrasharp series… lowest price I have monitered so far is RM1349…on promotion now anyway…and ending tomorrow…but don’t worry la… the price always fluctuate…

    viewsonic is another good consideration… so probably you’ll need to consider between Dell ultrasharp series or Viewsonice… good luck mate !
