The Weekend Came and Went

April 16th, 2007 by kamkuey

I practically did nothing.

Except played some badminton on Saturday. Yeah, can you imagine this heap jumping around the badminton court? It is good to sweat it out once in a while. Dun you think so? Anyways, the racket I had was a hand me down. Probably 15 years old. And the head was kind of warped. So a couple of us went over to a sporting shop to get a brand new racket. Not one of them expensive ones, a reasonable one. I got a racket, stringed and gripped and it came with a bag. All for RM130. Not too bad. At least better than my 15 year old racket.

Sunday? Well, a good portion of Sunday was spent catching up with Lana and Clark.

Yeaps.. the 22″ LCD monitor is great for watching movies. :)

And during those long introductory stuff, I took some pictures. Here is one from the “shoot from lazy chair during boring moments of the movie” shot.

Some people say a picture tells a story. What do you think this one tells?

Fashion on One

April 14th, 2007 by kamkuey

After a long dry period of phototaking, I got the chance to shoot fashion again, which is somewhat one of my favs as it involves my fav subject; people. This time around, it is held in One Utama. It was somewhat disappointing because it was over before most of us could even warm up. But I am not complaining, at least I got the chance to shoot.

Here are some of the shots which I managed to get out from my memory card and put through some processing.

After the show, I was hanging out with some friends and through the crowd, I saw a pretty little girl smiling and waving at me. Fuhyor!! Who is that? Trying not to stare, I peek through the corner of my eye. And I still could not figure out if this pretty young thing was waving to me or to another person next to me or behind me.

Alas, she was indeed someone I know.

Avril… sorry ar.. memang you so cun habis until I am not able to recognise you one shot.

Change of Weather

April 13th, 2007 by kamkuey

Is it my virus? Or is sitting in my office becoming more like sitting on a tropical island beach during mid day?

I walked in this morning and… WHAM!!!! …. a big gush of stale warm air hit me in the face. Not helping the face that i am still not feeling too well. Demmit! I could have passed out man. The environment OUTSIDE is much cooler and fresher than inside.

I know, some people might say “Wake up boy!.. You are here to WORK and not to enjoy your working environment”.

Yeah. Sad isn’t it?

For any of you who complains about how cold your office is, just imagine what it would be like if your office is WARM and STALE.

My newly purchased USB powered fan is doing very little to help.
