It was rather strange.

I travelled back on the 29th night. The highway, which would be rather busy, was strangely without much cars and I breezed through the highway as well as the trunk roads without much traffic. And let me tell you, my little kampung has transformed so much since I was back. Before, I could make a u-turn or turn into any junction anytime I like. You see, my kampung has only one main road. Actually.. two main roads and one traffic light where the two main road meets. Later the two main roads got upgraded and they added a couple more traffic lights. Now, the main road which runs thru the main town is a two-lane dual carriageway with a median.

Gosh!! Suddenly I seem so lost. Dino returned from the states and was extremely terrified.

And when I was travelling back earlier this morning, I was much prepared for the dreaded extra 3-4 hours of traffic on top of the standard 3 hour drive back to KL. But it was surprisingly clear! Rather heavy traffic at certain stretches but mostly clear traffic and running at highway max speed.

Anyways, CNY was not much. Basically staying in doors with the aircond running on full blast most of the time. It was extremely hot and humid. Only after dinner when the weather cooled down a little did some friends of mine and I went out for a little yamcha session. The other times were spend either at home or at relative’s place.

What did I do when at home enjoying the air cond? i took out my camera and had a go at my niece..
